This note is to let everyone know of two seminars being presented by the Cayuga Lake Watershed Network and Newfield Visioning Group (we help set it up).
The two seminars will be: Septic system maintenance and well maintenance with water testing.
THe Septic system maintenance will be help on Saturday, September 24th 9-11am. THere will be discounts for septic system pumping ($20 off) and a wealth of information on the maintenance and care of septic systems (as well as how they work). THis is the first time this workshop is being offered in Newfield.
THe well maintenance and testing seminar will be held Wed., September 28th 7-9pm. THere will be discounts for well water testing (75% off) and a great deal of informatioin on siting, maintaining and protecting your drinking water. THis is the third time this is being offered in NEwfield and it is very popular.
BOTH SEMINARS WILL BE HELD AT THE TOWN HALL IN NEWFIELD AND ARE FREE AND OPEN TO ALL, REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU LIVE.
